We provide catering services specializing in pudding parfaits for events and gatherings in the Anchorage, Alaska area. Our services include:

4.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by C&D Perfect Pudding Parfaits.

4.2 Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4.3 Minimum orders apply as specified on our website (minimum 10 cups for party cup orders).

4.4 Orders require 24 hours advance notice. Orders for 30+ people require 48 hours advance notice.

4.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5.1 Payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise arranged.

5.2 Invoices will be provided immediately upon order confirmation and are payable online.

5.3 All payments must be made in full before delivery or pickup.

5.4 We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

6.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time to receive a full refund.

6.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total.

6.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.

6.4 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

7.1 Delivery is available in the Anchorage area. Delivery fees may apply based on location.

7.2 Pickup options are available at our designated location.

7.3 You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

7.4 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the specified timeframe.

8.1 Our products may contain common allergens including dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

8.2 We take food safety seriously but cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens.

8.3 Customers are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.

8.4 Products should be refrigerated and consumed according to provided instructions.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Alaska law, C&D Perfect Pudding Parfaits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9.3 We are not liable for any damages resulting from allergic reactions, food-borne illness, or other health issues, provided we have followed proper food safety protocols.
